Laura Mercier Face Primers
This is my personal favorite. The cream/gel formula creates a poreless prepped surface for makeup application and provides a buffer between the skin and environmental stress. The highlight of this product is that it comes in 3 formulas so they've made it GREAT FOR EVERYONE. I go for the Oil-Free but they have Hydrating for dry skin, and Original for Normal skin. (obviously I'm oily)

IMAN's Time Control Under Cover Agent Oil Control Primer I use this daily!! EVERYDAY regardless of the foundation or moisturizer I use. I not only preps the face for a smooth makeup application, its oil control works ALL DAY LONG. I promise you this, I've worked an entire day and maybe had to touch up only my nose with blot powder. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!!!!!

This stuff really does eliminate pores on the face. The only reason it's at honorable mention is because this is my top 5 and NOT my top 6!!!. It smooths out the skin without leaving a trace of sticky residue! It was formulated to achieve a flawless look WITHOUT makeup. So imagine what it would do to your foundation. A must have in my book!

As you can see, I haven't mentioned any drugstore primers because none of them work as well as the one's I've mentioned in my humble opinion. Primer is definitely something you should splurge on!!!!!
