Also to launch with this line is a new brush.
Angled Foundation Brush
193 Brush ($32.00 U.S. / $38.50 CDN)
BELOW ARE PHOTOS OF ME WEARING THE FOUNDATION FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!
I mixed 6.0 and a tad bit of 7.0 (didn't really need to though, 6.0 was good enough). The color chart above was spot on with the foundation match for me.
I've found that if swipe it on the face, let it sit for a minute and then you buff it out with a brush like the MAC 109, 130 or the 179 (split fiber angled buffer brush) it tends to work best. I've seen it applied with fingers and worked into the skin as well. The finish was gorgeous (but I try not to recommend people to use their fingers! lol)
This foundation is described as a virtually "invisible" foundation with coverage influenced by your own skin tone. A breakthrough patented formula technology with a spectrum of 14 light to deep dark shades.

I love the texture of the foundation. It's ultra silky. I like that when it dries, it's virtually smudge resistant and budge proof. I did set mine with Studio Careblend Pressed Powder (Medium Dark) but it is up to you on which setting powder you choose to use. I didn't prime my face this day to see exactly what the foundation does and I don't think I touched up my makeup more than once! I genuinely like the foundation. It keeps me dry and I don't have to continuously touch it up through out the day. Very similar to pro-longwear concealer but the texture is a bit smoother and the color range is a bit larger.
Is it a must have? I'm not sure! But it is definitely worth a try!!! Especially for long wear and oilier skin types. (haven't tested it on drier skin as of yet)
