After being reprimanded for taking photos, we made our purchase and took it outside on the terrace for photographing and tasting. The <a href="http://www.cannelle.com/RECETTES/patisserie/religieuse/religieuse.html"><strong>religieuse</strong></a> is two puff pastries filled with a light buttercream (some are filled with Chantilly) and embellished with handmade chocolate and salted caramel.
